Spinach

Spinach is a live-looping multi-instrumentalist and beatmaker. Using their multitrack loopstation, they compose entire songs on the fly by combining vocal FX with beatboxing, layers of vocal harmonies, a child’s keyboard, auxiliary percussion, trumpet, flute, and more. Steeped in years of jazz improvisation and inspired primarily by old school funk and R&B, Spinach makes beats that range from salivary grooves to ecstatic techno and beyond.
