Fright Flights at Highland Brewing Downtown

Candy isn’t only for kids on Halloween! This year we have curated the perfect candy and beer pairing fright flight. For $15 you will receive your own goodie bag filled with delicious candy to match along with some of our favorite beers.
-Pilsner with Gummy Bears. The Gummy Bears add a nice fruity sweetness to the classic Pilsner, while allowing the biscuit malt flavor to shine through.
-Hazy Heights IPA with Starburst Tropical fruit flavors dominate in this pairing, and the resinous hop bitterness in the IPA helps balance the sugariness.
-Gaelic with Twix Caramel and shortbread flavors compliment each other, with Gaelic’s dry finish lightening up the palate.
-Oatmeal Porter with Kit Kats. Malt is the star of the show here, and the porter’s light roast very nicely compliments the sweet milk chocolate.
