
The Highland Brewing Downtown Taproom and S&W Market is officially turning ONE and we’re ready to celebrate with all of you this Saturday, June 11th! We’ll be premiering our first craft beer cocktail with the Dark & Hazy, a twist on a Dark & Stormy made with Hazy Heights IPA…and it’s delicious. And make sure to check out Asheville 8 String Collective from 7-9pm on the Mezzanine!
We’ll also be celebrating with all our friends from S&W Market who will have tasty specials available all day.
Bun Intended will have:
• Fried Chicken Bao with green papaya, pickles, and dragon mayo.
• Thai donuts with pandan custard and sweetened condensed milk.
Farm Dogs will have:
• Hickory Nut Gap Hot Dog topped with local peach slaw on a Geraldines bakery bun.
• Carolina Kettle Chip Pie topped with Hickory Nut Gap beef cheek chili, shredded Tillamook cheese, sour cream, and fresh jalapeños.
• Blunt Pretzels warm pretzel knots served with lusty monk mustard.
• Three flavors of seasonal lemonade.
• One special flavor of rice crispy treat.
The Hop Ice Cream will be debuting a Highland Hazy Heights IPA inspired caramel sauce, served with the ice cream of your choosing as a Volcano cone/cup. You choose the ice cream, then The Hop bores a hole in your scoop and fills it with Hazy Heights IPA caramel sauce.
Peace, Love, Tacos will be serving delicious tacos and fixings as usual and over at Buxton Chicken Palace, load up on fried chicken nuggets, sandwiches, and fries.
