Thunderstruck Tour with Beer & Coffee Tasting
Get an inside look at Asheville’s first brewery on this 90-minute guided experience, featuring an exclusive look at the return of our fall seasonal, Thunderstruck Coffee Porter.
This tour takes you through Highland’s brewhouse, Taproom and outdoor spaces, led by a Highland Brewing Ambassador who offers a behind-the-scenes look at our brewing process, history and what makes Highland what it is today. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a tasting of 5 Highland beers from our year-round and seasonal line-up, including a sample of Thunderstruck.
Thunderstruck is brewed in collaboration with Dynamite Roasting Co., who will join the tour to lead a tasting of the coffee blend used in the beer.
Snag a bag of the limited edition Thunderstruck Coffee (Medium Roast) during check out to experience the brew at home!

- Participants must be +21. A valid ID will be required at check-in.
- CLOSED-TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED.
- Weather permitting, this tour includes indoor and outdoor elements.
- Animals, including service animals, are not allowed on tours.
