A deep amber-colored American ale featuring a rich malty body. Gaelic is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness, making it a clear winner with a broad range of food pairings. Leah’s go-to is Gaelic with any meal.
A unique Highland creation, this robust beer is black in color, very malty with hints of chocolate-roasted flavor and a mild hop character without being heavy. Oscar’s malty favorite.
A whole-cone Cascade dry hop shines with a malty body in our balanced pale ale. The result, a citrusy aroma backed with malt that pairs beautifully with subtle flavors, especially with citrus dressings and seafood.
Highland’s most robust beer achieves bold roasted chocolate and coffee notes, expertly drawn from roasted barley. It is black in color with a very clean finish and moderate hop flavor.
A statement from Appalachia. American Chinook, Citra, and Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest shine in our West Coast style IPA. A sturdy malt bill frames hints of tropical fruit, lemon rind, grapefruit and dank hops notes. Brilliant and golden in color. Expect a dry, resiny, citrusy finish.
A finely nuanced pilsner features German Hallertau Blanc hops and three other Hallertau region varietals. Saphir, Perle, and Hersbrucker hops add notes of stone fruit, pepper, and lush grass to the German pilsner malt body. Cold fermented with lager yeast for a crisp, dry finish.
An adventure-loving and aromatic citrus IPA. Brewed with nuanced German Mandarina Bavaria and Hull Melon hops and bold, juicy American oranges, expect fresh orange and tropical notes and a crisp, bright finish.
Sit back and relax or grab your pack and go - this IPA is up for anything. Lively and light-bodied, Daycation celebrates Mosaic®’s stone fruit and herbal notes, while El Dorado®, and Azacca® dry hop adds layers of bright citrus. Balanced by a varied malt profile with enough bitterness to satisfy hop enthusiasts, this beer is crafted to bring you back for more.

Bands play Thursday, Friday and Saturday, food trucks are lined up, a slew of casks are tapped over the three days at set times, and Coconut Cold Mountain makes its highly anticipated return. Free to attend! See our event calendar for details.
The dark complexity of a Russian Imperial Stout is made more irresistible with the addition of vanilla, toasted coconut, and coffee. Pitch black, velvet smooth and aggressively roasty, Imperium commands all of your senses.
Behind the scenes: A team of brewers, a sales pro, our Supply Chain manager, and Ops VP toasted 400lbs of raw coconut flakes in borrowed ovens on a Sunday night to bring you this beloved beer.
