COLD MOUNTAIN BEER DINNER
Indulge in an unforgettable evening of exceptional craft and immersive flavor at Highland Brewing’s annual Cold Mountain Beer Dinner, in collaboration with Chef Taylor Montgomery of Montgomery Sky Farms. Dinner attendees have early access to purchase Cold Mountain beer (including all spin-offs) and merch, plus a special gift.
The event begins with an experiential cocktail hour featuring two Cold Mountain tastings and a seasonal amuse bouche, followed by three seated courses made with locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully designed around the elemental theme of fire and ice, with dramatic contrasts in flavor, temperature, and presentation. Throughout the evening, experience five distinct versions of Cold Mountain Winter Ale… expertly brewed with notes of vanilla, hazelnut, dark fruit and cinnamon.
